1. Chicken Fajita Skewers

These flavorful skewers are easy to make and perfect for a crowd.


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks

  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions:
